Bobby thoroughly scrutinizes every essay—from outlines to the overall thought process. The detailed review method insures that students continue down the right, narrow path to a passing score. The extensive essay and multiple choice evaluations instill assurance and poise in the students. Fear and uncertainty are a student’s worst enemy. The one on one instruction lays the foundation for success. The individualized lessons help engage the student to grasp the bar language. Immersion in this language is the only way to develop a 360 degree understanding of what the graders look for. The most important exercise is Practice. Practice makes perfect because it creates an awareness of what is being performed incorrectly. The more a student performs what is necessary to pass the exam, the easier the test will become. The exam will transform into an Open Book test. Students will feel comfortable and confident knowing that they have mastered how to implement key concepts, ideas and theories. Open Book students will take 3 simulated full day practice exams during the last 4 weeks of the course, to prepare both psychologically and physically for the bar exam. Students will be highly trained in all portions of the exam. Achieve expertise of the Open Book method, which focuses on execution versus retention, and develop a savvy rhythm for the Baby Bar exam by taking command of the subjects and the time limitations.
