- Compare and contrast the differences between the Federal Rules and the California Evidence Code
- Special focus on California rules of evidence that have no specific counterparts in the Federal Rules
- Professional Responsibility
- Professional Responsibility will be tested on the exam. This is separate from the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE). The MPRE is a separate requirement to practice law in California
